No contracts, no excuses, just workout classes every Wednesday in Washington Park. Workouts on the Green are free, and anyone is welcome to attend, no matter their skill level. Please bring your own towel, mat and water. Washington Park will not provide equipment. April-May Schedule: 5-6 p.m. | STEP Down Cincinnati with Be All in Movement An engaging fitness experience featuring Xtreme Hip Hop Step, a dynamic step aerobics workout that blends music, rhythm and cardio. Led by Joseph “MoJo” Allen of The BE ALL IN Movement, this class welcomes all fitness levels and focuses on movement, community and fun. Drop-ins are welcome, and step boards will be available for the first 25 participants. Participants may also bring their own step boards. 6-7 p.m. | Yoga with the YMCA The goal of yoga is to support physical and mental well-being through exercise, postures, proper breathing and meditation.
