Touch a Truck

About this event

Bring the whole family to Springfield Township’s annual Touch A Truck, where more than 50 service, construction and luxury vehicles come together for a day of hands-on fun. Kids can climb aboard their favorite trucks, honk the horns, explore impressive vehicles up close and meet the people who operate them every day. Don’t forget your camera — there will be plenty of photo opportunities throughout the event. Families can get an up-close look at vehicles from Springfield Township Police, Fire and Public Works, along with organizations and businesses including Cincinnati Metro, the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, Duke Energy, Jimmy’s Limousine Service, the Hamilton County Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency, Waycross Community Media, Greater Cincinnati Water Works, Great Parks of Hamilton County, UC Health Air Care and Mobile Care, UPS and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Animal Friends Humane Society will also be on-site with adoptable pets. When it’s time for a break, food trucks will be serving lunch and refreshments. Whether your child dreams of driving a fire truck, operating heavy equipment or loves vehicles of all kinds, Touch A Truck offers a memorable day of exploration, learning and family fun. Please Note : Parking is limited, so carpooling is encouraged. Parking is in the neighboring mall lot behind US Bank and High Grain Brewery. The front parking lot needs to remain open for customers of the open local businesses.
