Sip, Snack and Submit: ETD Support Session Wednesday, June 24, 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Clifton Court Hall 5105. Register for the June 24 session . The Graduate College invites all master's and doctoral students who are working on a thesis or dissertation to attend a relaxed, drop-in support session designed to help prepare their electronic thesis or dissertation (ETD) for final submission. Bring your laptop, settle in and use this dedicated time to make progress on your document and ETD submission. Staff from the Graduate College and the Digital Accessibility Office will be available to answer questions and provide support throughout the session. Complimentary snacks and coffee will be provided, and a therapy dog will be available to help students de-stress during the ETD submission process. These sessions are an opportunity to: Ask questions about the ETD submission process Work on your thesis or dissertation in a supportive environment Learn how to make sure your document is digitally accessible Students at any stage of the ETD process are welcome to attend, whether they are still preparing their document or have already submitted their ETD. These sessions are hosted by the Graduate College in partnership with the UC Accessibility Office and CAPS. More information about ETD submission requirements can be found on the ETD webpage . Transportation and Parking Free UC shuttle services are available for students with a UC ID, including routes between West and Medical campuses. Limited reciprocity parking may also be available for UC permit holders when space permits.
