Safety Village

About this event

Safety Village is a fun and educational week-long camp held at Montgomery Elementary School and organized by the Montgomery Police Department. The program is designed for children entering kindergarten in the fall and teaches important skills, including pedestrian and traffic safety, personal safety, school bus rules, fire safety, and more. We're sorry, but all of our Safety Village Camps are full at this time. Please choose a week and a morning or afternoon session: June 8-12: 9:00 a.m. - noon or 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. June 15-19: 9:00 a.m. - noon or 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. June 22-26: 9:00 a.m. -noon or 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. *There is a $25 fee for non-residents. Children who have previously attended Safety Village are not eligible to repeat the program. If you have questions, please contact City Hall at 513-891-2424. We’re happy to share that we currently have enough volunteers. If you’d still like to get involved, we invite you to join our waitlist. Please note that volunteer positions are available to middle and high school students only.
