Preschool Yoga

What is this?

Join us for a preschool yoga class to practice breathing, songs, and games through story-based learning tools to build self-regulation, focus, and healthy ways to express big feelings. Children should be accompanied by a caregiver during this class. This class is presented by an instructor from The Little Yogi. Registration is required.
