The FBLA National Leadership Conference (NLC) is the highlight of the FBLA year, bringing together thousands of student leaders from across the nation to celebrate achievement, develop leadership skills, and compete in a wide range of business events. Members who qualify at the state level earn the opportunity to represent their chapter and compete nationally in events that test knowledge in business, technology, leadership, and communication. In addition to competitions, attendees participate in dynamic workshops, engage with industry professionals, and explore career and college opportunities.
