About this event
Just about all of us have behaviors that we’d like to stop doing, and others that we’d like to start to doing consistently. In this class, we’ll learn some strategies to develop new, helpful habits, and to diminish current, unhelpful ones. We’ll look at how the brain develops habits, learn a few practical principles for behavior change, and consider how to reduce the need for willpower when developing a habit. Registration is not required
